I need to be able to return frames from the system time. There are 29.97 frames per second, for you guys who aren't into the video world. I don't expect to be able to get frames directly from the system time, but at least if I could get the current 1/100 of a second, or something like that, I could do a calculation. Does anybody know how to get this kind of accuracy from the system time? Maybe an API or something?
