There are some Forums, like the Assembly for example, that just sit there. I do not mean to be blunt or anything but they do not get as much traffic as the rest of them, therefor, i think that it should be deleted.

Because hardly anyones uses them
Even if some does, no one goes there to reply
for the few that actually do have questions, the General section can probably afford to let the Assembly guys post there.
