I wonder to know if anyone can do me this favor. Thanks in advance.
Right now I use VB.NET to write a code. But I don't know what the codes are if I want to do the following steps.

1. Copy all the cells in one worksheet(Excel)
2. "Paste Special" those cells as "Values" in the same worksheet.

What can I code by using VB.NET?
