Identify/Monitor the filenames that got uploaded/downloaded on my PC to the Internet
Hi,
I would like to know the filenames from the data that got uploaded from my PC to the Internet. It would be interesting for me to know which files somebody loads. Any Idea?
I have already an packet sniffer, but there I don't get the fiel name and it is not continue running while I am in the Internet.
Example:
I am in Yahoo.com and my Modem blinks that data get transferred, but I do nothing at this moment. I want be able to see then which files got uploaded and downloaded .....
If it is a packet then the program have to identify of course from which file this packet is.
Thanks in advance
Franky

A good packet sniffer should be able to decode text-based TCP packet streams like HTTP so you can see the palin text communication going on. The packets sent do not necessarily correspond to any file name on the local filesystem or whatnot.

Get these: Mozilla Opera OpenBSD
I have books for sale: "MCSD in a Nutshell" and "VB Distributed Exam Cram" - PM me for details. Will also trade for a decent ATX Pentium 2 MB/CPU/RAM combo.
