How to play DVD for all regions?
Is there any Computer with DVD drive or any standalone DVD player available which can play DVDs for all regions?
I understand that it may not be legal. But still asking if there's any way out available. I heard that there are options available (either thru software or hardware) which enables the player to bypass this drawback.
Another point is that, does the region code problem occur only for movie DVDs or for software DVDs as well?
There are some DVD writers available in the market. In which region format they do copy the DVDs? Can they copy any DVD (just like CD Writers)?
Any help is hightly appreciated.
Thanks.

There are lots of DVD players available that play DVD's from ALL regions (they usually have 'Multi Region' on the front).
There are tricks for fooling some hardware (especially if it's in a computer), but from what I know most of these are illegal if used to watch movies you shouldn't.
I haven't heard of any software that is region coded, but I am sure it would be possible (but easy to crack).
DVD writers will probably be locked to a certain region (so you can only read/write to that specific region (or "all regions"). No doubt there are work-arounds for this, even though they aren't very ethical.

Do a google search - companies have been selling modded DVD players for all regions or region selectable since DVD players came out. There's also third party firmware for DVD-ROM. And Region selectable is better than all region - there are DVDs that can check if the player is set to all region and refuse to play, so you are better being able to switch at will.
IMHO and AFAIK, there is nothing illegal or unethical about watching a DVD from a different region than your own, provided you obtain a real, legal copy of said DVD.

I have books for sale: "MCSD in a Nutshell" and "VB Distributed Exam Cram" - PM me for details. Will also trade for a decent ATX Pentium 2 MB/CPU/RAM combo.
