Create Help File???

How do you all Programmers create a help file in your project?? is there a fast way?

I always make my manual book, so my user always get help for the application I've made.
For my help file, I generate it with Microsoft Word RichText format (.rtf)
And then, I compile it with Hcw.exe, an addons from Visual Studio (Visual Foxpro).

Just try it, simple, easy, and fun... !!!
