    registry- URGENT

    How can i Import my Registry file through Dos commands.

    I have a backup of Exported Registry file.
    I am using Windows Xp. I have some problem with this so i cannot able to logon to the system.

    How to import and to which location should i post it.

    Is Registry.exe will take care.(c:\windows\regedit.exe)?

    you'd havta be in windows to use the registry, but, you might be able to do it with the recovery console if you put in the winders cd

    How to Enter into Safemode. I think there i can do the importing .

    any idea for windows XP.
