Please HELP !!!

I have an excel project which copies data into Access. I am trying to flash a form on the screen in Excel to notify the user what part of the spreadsheet is copying, just one slight problem...

The "Form1.hide" option does not work!

Is there another way to unload the form (have tried me keyword too), or is it possible to have the timer function in Excel ?
