What I want to do is seen in the picture attached with this post.
I want this element to be centered on the users browser.
Should I do it with layers, tables or frames??
What is the advantge and disadvantge with each type??
As you can see, all the diffrent colors represent a diffrent function on the page. The top left is a logo, top right is a banner, left under the logo is the navigation, middle under the banner is the main display window, right under the banner is a side bar with some function that I havent decided on yet. And the last element is a "copyright panel".
The page must function with both Netscape and IE latest versions.
