    How can I play an AVI file in QBasic ???

    You can't. AVI's were invented in the days of Windows and plus Qbasic is not powerful enough.

    But maybe I'm wrong. People have found ways to display GIF's and JPEG's in QB, so maybe there is a way for AVI files but I very much doubt it.
