Does anyone know how to get a 16 X 16 icon to be used as a dragicon? Whenever I try, It just gets stretched to 32 X 32 (My system default)

Create a 32x32 Icon and Center your 16x16 Icon in it, that way it won't be stretched, you'll just have some space around it.
