Hey all, i was wondering how many timer intervals is equal to
1 second
ok, so... windows takes 1 minute to search for a file on my PC yet google.com takes 1 second to search the entire internet?

No problem
no problem. You should be pretty new to vb! Well 1000 = 1 second means timer works with milisecond. By the way you can not use timer for interval more than 60000 which is one minute. Otherwise you can use variable to add more time. If you want to know how just tell me.

No ive been using VB for 3 years now, and i never really cared about timers!

how do u set timers for more then a minute?

Hey, yeah i think there might be one, which uses API but I am not sure which call you should use or you might have to use multliple calls to make one. Ask others in the forum who know about API. I am not so good in API. Frankly I havn't done much of it.
