Simple Palm Application

I have a very simple question form that I need made.

Here is the scene:

1. Palm User will enter simple data onto a form. (Name, Age, Number or Children).

2. The data is stored in a database, and at the end of the day uploaded to the database for analysis. (MS Access)

Is this a complicated task. I have looked at programs for programming with VB for Palm OS but it seems way over my head.

If anyone is able to complete such a project, please contact me ASAP.
