status bar

hi, i am quite new to visual basic and i want to learn it really badly but i have started building a web browser and i want to add a status bar to it just like internet explorer. i am using visual basic 6 can anyone tell me the code to get this status bar to work because i really need to implement this status bar thanks.

Exaplin what you want to do with it (I mean : scrolling text, navigation site, hyperlink site) Please give more information...
