Thank for ur help. It help now. If you dont mind how about the rest of the table and query in the database. It only delete all the records in the table that I open. Well I try using more data control for each table. Well it also work for that. Do you have any more simple ways. If yes can you please let me know. Thanks. Well as for the query, I can do it.
