Declare Function GetParent Lib "user32" Alias "GetParent" (ByVal hwnd As Long) As Long

Argh, i got you wrong, maybe you could set up a netcamera and then have some dll's from it's manufacturer and do some stuff, i really can't help you, but i'm sure it's stored in registry or can be retrieved with api
