    Loading Image in the DataReport

    Hi !

    I am using MS Access as backend and VB 6.0 as Front End.
    I like to know how to load a picture in th DataReport Dynamically?
    when i select an Employee Id in the Front End it should reflect the corresponding employee's picture in the DataReport along with other fileds from the backend.

    Please help me out.
