    Arrow Deployment Project - *UNresolved*

hey, the help in vs says that you do this to create a new deployment project...

To create a new deployment project

On the File menu, point to Add, and then click New Project.
In the resulting Add New Project dialog box, select the Setup and Deployment Projects folder.
Choose the type of deployment project you want to create. For details, see Deployment Projects.

i just have a small problem with this... i dont have a Setup and Deployment Projects folder ive installed every component of .net and i have loads of very nice looking new projects there, but no Setup and Deployment Projects folder

    Whats going on???

What version are you using Visual Studio.NET Professional or better? Visual Basic.NET Standard? I'm not sure if the standard version has it or not.

If you do have it then it should be right under Visual Basic Projects.

Hmm, thats strange. Where did you get that copy of VS.NET?

Try other projects or Visual Studio Solutions.

I'd contact MS on this one. Someone stole your Setup Projects, that aint right.

Hey do you have a deployment folder in your 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\Common7\Tools'? that seems to be the goods i wonder if it just isn't pointing to it for some reason or if it isn't even there. The setup templates should be around here: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\Common7\Tools\Deployment\VsdProjects

I think I'd also contact Microsoft on this one, and inquire about recieving some replacement CD's. We know that one of your CD's was screwy with the wizards, so it's no surprise that it's screwy with the deployment projects either.

I'm the one who sent you the VBWizards folder. I have Visual Studio Pro, so if it is in that folder, which I don't think it is, it should be there. The point I was trying to make is that you have bum CD, and it should be replaced, because you payed for it, and recieved a deffective product.
