I have an internet line in our house, and I need to connect this line to another computer (without HUB or SWITCH)

What is the way to do it ??

Plug it into the back of the modem.

What do you mean? You want to split the phone cord?

You can get a little splitter box at like radio shack that lets you plug one line in and two lines out. Of course this will NOT allow you to share the line at the same time but then you could connect from one or the other with out switching any cables.

If you just don't want to get a hub or switch but are trying to do some work around network then I think you are out of luck. You can use a serial cable or printer cable but it doesn't really work the same. Of course if both computers have network cards then you can just buy a crossover cable and you don't need a switch/hub.
