Wav files

I have been looking for some time for a source of good quality wav files of common 'direction phrases' such as 'left', 'right', 'forward', behind' but as yet have not found one. Does anyone out there know of such a source or can anyone supply these files for me?
I have tried recording these myself but the quality isnt very good!
