Modem question

Ive noticed this questioned asked numerous times by others and have yet to see a response. Hopefully the 10th times a charm. How do you gather a list of modems from the users computer and display them into a list box? Do I use the MSComm component? or do I access the registry and retrieve the necessary data there? If so.....where?


Any help or ideas are appreciated.

Ok....I got how to access the registy to find the user's modem, but there isnt a subkey to determine the com port of the modem. How do I retrieve this information?
