Creating a Setup w/ VB.NET Standard

Is it possible to create a setup for a program created in VB.NET Standard Edition (Either through the IDE or by creating your own)? If not, does anyone know if there are plans to release a Professional version that has that capability and doesn't cost an arm and a leg like Visual Studio.NET?

You can add a deployment and setup project to your solution, I don't know if it is available in the profesional version, but is the only way to do it that I know
