Doing Reports

Hi All ...Long Time No See ...
I start dev App with C# ,Now I have all my Data
In the DB SQL-2000 ,
1) What Is the best and easy way
To do Reports from the Db .
2) I want that in every page that the user want to print ,
Will be the title and the Logo .
