Hi Guys,
I have recently upgrade my OS from Win 98 to Win 2000. When I try to connect the Oracle server from my VB Application, it shows an error :

Oracle error occurred, but error message could not be retrieved from Oracle.

When I click on Ok and press F5, it again shows the same error message. But after 10-12 attempts, it will finally get connected.
Can anyone tell me the solution? I am facing very much problem regarding this error.
