i'm working on an app that uses jdbc to query a database and then sends out the results by e-mail, any ideas how i should do this?

i looked at the javax.mail.* packages but they are all experimental (sic) and i don't have the skill to write all that stuff on my own, are there any freeware/shareware classes online or anything else that could help me? any suggestions are good
