MUDs in VB 5

Hello, I want to create my own MUD game, I am looking to find a server in which i can edit at my free will that will work in VB5. Anyone know of any good sites, or Sources for MUD clients/Servers? - That work on Windows 95/98

BTW: i am trying to make the Client Graphical insted of Text based Maps. - this "map" has different terrains and i guess u could call it a tile-based game,
