There's a known problem with Crystal Reports Version 8 that gives you the error 20692 when you attempt to export an html report to file using the OCX. Seagate's solution is for you to use the RDC to create a report object.

The problem is that this solution only displays the report or sends a hard copy.

Does anyone know....
1. a work around for the 20692 error? or...
2. what code to add to that generated by the RDC so that the HTML file is generated automatically?
