Good PERL editor?

Does anyone know of a good (and free would be nice) PERL editor? Hopefully with syntax highlighting... I'm getting a bit tired of trying to edit my UBB forum with Notepad :) Any leads would be wounderful, Thanks.

IMHO the best all around text/hex editor for Windows. It has syntax highligthing for a ton of languages.

Ultra edit is good. I am using it myself.
Anyway the textpad is also very good.
try and see by yourself.
