hi all,
We are a CATV operator. In the Transmission end I want to write a VB program so that it will scan the all channels.

The VB program will be designed so that it will create 9 (3x3) cells in the screen and the peripheral cells will display the tv programs.
for ex. cell-1: ZeeTV, cell-2: MTV; cell-3: ESPN etc.

How will i do this program?
I urgently require this program..

Please can anybody help me?
