Problem with comma !!

My decimal sign is a comma, when I using Data Enviroment it's going rong.

Example

input 17,5 program makes 175
input 17.5 program makes 17,5

can somebdy help me

Have you checked your Regional Settings / Number applet in your ****rol Panel.
