John, I went to the VBulletin Site, it says I need PHP and MySQL, I want to buy Vbulletin for my website, but my server doesnt support either of these, What server is vbworld, and/or vbulletin ran on(I read you were the creator of vbulletin, good job :) )
also, how much does it cost per month? the site, I mean
I would prefer a small amount :)
also, is this actually your server(run from your house) or is it someone elses server(like http://www.register.com or whatever)

VB-World runs off two servers - one for the main site, and one for these boards here. You will need to find a host that supports PHP and MySQL. The vBulletin forum is probably the best place to ask this.

They are dedicated servers, so not a small amount I'm afraid. Again, refer to the vBulletin forums.
