Hi!
I'm making a sort of a scheduler.
In the program the user can type in
the path of the program, and the
time the program must be started on.
How do i do this???

You need to have your computer running all the time. You should hide the form off the edge of the screen somewhere. You could then use some of the concepts demonstrated in the alarm demo project to do things at certain times.
