ExtFloodFill : Help Nedded!

Hi, i'm making a paint program, and i've implemented a fill tool..the only problem is, it's very unpredictable, sometimes it fills on the first click, sometimes after 5 or 6, so i was wondering why this is true, even though it's in the Picture Box's MouseDown Event...anyone have a similar problem? anyone have a solution? Any help appreciated!

ok i've figured out it's triggered only when the mouse is down AND moves, if anyone wants to help, i'd be glad to e-mail my project to you and let you take a look!
