After opening a VB6 project, is there any way to "unlock" a read-only module or form that needs to be modified? It seems that there must be a better way then to Remove the form or module, use Windows Explorer to change its properties and then Add it back into the project. Any ideas?

The best way is to use Visual Source Safe. It comes with VB5 and 6. Viusal Source Safe can be ingrated within VB IDE. So when you check out your file it will be unlocked and locked when you check it back in.
