    Question Is this even Possible?

    I am trying to create an inputbox(prompt) with 2 questions. The first asking for a persons name, the second asking the user to choose from 3 items using radio buttons.

    Im kinda new to VB.NET and can really use some help with the code here. If its not possible please tell me.....Thanx

    You can create your own window with a texbox and whatever options you want to give them. That would be the easiest way.
