I have written a program (wont go into details here) that utilises a file list box for searching for files. This list box shows long filenames as we would expect. However, my mate was using it to search on a cd in his cd writer which was 'opened' for writing (as per Easy CD Direct CD utility) and it showed filenames in truncated format.

Why is this???????????????????
