Japanese translations anyone?

Not exactly a project request but does anyone know how much it would cost to have a smallish VB app and 20 page manual translated to Japanese?

Ked can speak Japanese, you might want to ask him. Either send a few insects or maybe PayPal him some beer money and he might do it for you.

I've found a translation agency that specializes in this and I was going to get an ex-girlfriend to check their translations through. I'm not sure if I'd need a PC set up with Japanese windows to get things right on stuff like menus. Or Japanese VB :(
