    PHP config with IIS 5

Ok I am running IIS 5, and I followed the instructions to install perl and map the exe'x and dlls and what not. But when I go to set up my website to execute the .php file it give me this error
    'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\Magic Lantern 1.6b Final\Magic Lantern\cinst.php' script produced no output
does anyone know what is going on or what I configured wrong in IIS? I followed ActiveStates Instructions, and also microsofts instructions and I cant not get it to work right.

Well first you need to install PHP on your computer, you can download it at http://www.php.net you will want the Window Binaries Installer 4.2.1

If you want to do any database work you will want to download MySQL 3.2.3 at http://mysql.com

If you want phpMyAdmin you will need to download that so you can easily dump, create, and modify tables in your databases and you can get that at: http://www.phpMyAdmin.net

As you install each of these make sure to read the included documentation so you will understand how to configure them and run them.
