licensing a vb application

i have just finished developing my first vb program (actually it is still in beta form), but i'm starting to think about distribution details. what sort of licenses will i need to get to distribute my app? i am using textboxes, labels, command buttons, and checkboxes as controls. a blank database created in access 2000 will also be included.
