Sophtware mentioned in the general answers section that there are versions of vb for AppleOS and Linux, can anyone direct me to info on this....

Have talked to mac suppliers and MS in oz...they don't know anything about it....

I know Delphi are porting to Linux...but what about vb????

Ok xBasic is a Linux interpretation of vb, (not as good...gee doesn't this linux stuff look just like a hacked version of windows).

The macBasic stuff is by Squirrel software.

So far have not discovered Real Basic anywhere.

Have a requirement to produce a db + app for a Mac based client, and would prefer not to add extra layers of software to run psuedo windows stuff

Any one anywhere know how to get a look at RealBasic?
