Email and VB

I would like to find someway to fire off an event whenever my VB app determines that an email has been received. Is there anyway to do that with Outlook or some other program? I am using Exchange to route my email.

if i was u i whouldn't us a program or an ocx, i whould get books and read but i cant say that my self so im not going to tell you what to do
