system file protection problem

when i create my setup project.. and build it... i get this

'msdxm.ocx' should be excluded because its source file 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\msdxm.ocx' is under Windows System File Protection.

i didnt use to get this.. i use windows xp pro..

i think it happened after an update from windowsupdate..


now when i distribute the program, it wont play the video i have included.. probable cause msdxm.ocx problem of some sort..
anyone know how to work around this?
