if you mean ASP .NET, if you have win 2000 or xp pro, goto microsoft.com and download the framework sdk and isntall.
if you mean regualr asp, it is part of IIS/PWS that comes with windows(most any version)

yea what could i get to use for my webpage like the extenchion
whatever.asp and it shows up as a webpage, i have apache install right now with php

if you use apache you need chilisoft to have asp support, but not you cant have asp .net on Apache(at least not yet). But chilisoft is pretty expensive. If you want to use ASP .NET, you really need to use IIS like I said.
