where to download Win API Help file

Dear readers , It's annoying and interesting that the site which contains Win32API.zip (9MB) file to download does not appear in search for "Win32 API". I have forgotten the site so i request to give me the address of the site to download the site.

Well, if you have the newest IE you can save the whole site on your local
harddisk. It will realy save everything on this site include the pictures (if they exist on this site).


But, when i encounter the WIN32API.zip. I will tell you about it.. ..
Ill got some recources to search fast on the web.. heh..
