    Talking Linux Madrake Startup Problem

I am totally new to Linux and have just installed Linux Madrake 8.2. I set it to dual-boot with Win 98 SE and it was working fine. But then I defragmented Windows and now I can't get into Linux. I get some message about Super Block error or something like that. If anyone can give me a little advice I'd be very grateful. And bear in mind I basically nothing about Linux

Did you install it on the same partition as Win98? I think there's an option to install it in a Windows folder... did you do that?

Yeah I took the option to repartition the Windows space, and have Linux installed on a seperate partition. I didn't do the "Install in Windows" thing as it's slower.
