Login/Logout

I am developing a program that needs to be started up before the network logon screen. I have done this by inserting the program name into the registry. What I want to know is when I logout of the system to the network logon screen, how do I get the program to run again?

I don't have an answer for you but I would like to learn where in the registry and how you entered the key to make your program execute before the login screen...If you could help me out with this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks
