    www.vb-world.net, www.gotdotnet.com and www.dotnetjunkies.com havea few tutorials, but as far as entire .NET books go, I don't think you will find any at least not free for some time. www.oreilly.com has an ebook subscription service called Safari where you get access to X amount of books for $10/month and you can increase that access with more money. www.free-ed.net has some books on some older languages.

    If you want inexpensive books, go to www.bookpool.com. You can usually get any book for 20% less than anywhere else on the web.

    If you are an experienced VB6 programmer, the Book of VB.NET (ISBN 1886411824) is a great transitional guide.
