activeX-exe/SingleUse

hi everybody

i got a problem, uprading a VB 6 activeX-exe to VB.Net.
in vb6 it´s a activeX-exe with modules and classes (instancing=singleUse).
in .net it´s upgraded to a *.dll, but unfortunately it works not 'singleused'.

what have i to do, that it works ?
maybe some of u have hints/links...
