    adding logo to shorcut

I have a self-extracting archive with my front end DB (goes to it's own program folder) and an icon (desktop). Before I added the shortcut to the archive, I added my own icon by right-clicking it, going to properties, and pressing "Change Icon..."

When the shortcut is unzipped by a user on another computer, the logo doesn't show up (instead there is a windows default logo).

    Can anyone help?

The .ico file has to exist in the same place on the target machine.

Put the icon in the app path. Then add the icon to the properties of the shortcut. Next, add the shortcut to the P&D project in the sytem.lst file.

The icon also has to go along and be installed in the app path.

What is a P&D project and what is the system.lst file?
