There is a column in "Computer Weekly" (UK newspaper everyone reads!) called "I did that" where webmasters tell the world about their (usually pretty good) website. Have you ever thought of submitting to it John?

How many 'hits' per day do you get on this site?

    Yes, but is this a

    pretty good website
    ?

Of course it is. I think that 1000 hits per day is very
good considering only a handful of people progam.

    Well done, John.

    And James.

Why doesn't James ever speak to us?

I'm getting a bit bored of John...

    Tihihihi

Anither one of my feeble jokes.

I'd just to say this website is (as we cool kids in GB call
    it: Buaka sha)

    Bye!

I have not come across that mag, but I'll look out for it next time I'm in the newsagents.

I'm afraid that I cannot disclose the number of hits that we get. Just note that it was enough to warrant us moving the forums onto a separate dedicated server.

Mostly nothing. An amazingly large percentage of the population lives withing a few hundred kilometres of the US border. It gets a bit chilly (understatement) further up north.

    China has about 1 billion. That's a lot! It's about 8-10%
    of the world population.

and if everyone in china stood on chairs and jumped off at the same time it would cause an earthquake in california. The funny thing is that the US Government actually thought this was a serious danger.

    Wink

Did I guess? Are you from Canada, Noone?
I too live in a rather big country, Argentina, with a rather low population: 33 million people in 2.8 square Km, and believe me, no-one wants to live here.

Excuse my ugly greening, I didn't mean to be offensive.
    I NEVER did, indeed.

I don't get it. What could possibly cost millions just to help you write?
